"Hi everybody! This evening will be dedicated to a dish we were inspired by during our summer holiday in Italy. U might say Burger? Italy? Well, who inspired us was Michael Snyder, who has been living in Italy for a long time, a wonderful artist who loves to cook. What u will be having tonight is a patty made with portobello mushrooms, in a ciabatta bread. All of it spiced up with truffle mayonnaise!
